Introduction

The Morning Beer ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-native marketing and branding agency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the small amount of personal information we gather through our website, our newsletter, and our direct business communications.

We believe in keeping things short and honest. If anything here is unclear, email us at vishal@themorningbeer.com and we'll explain.

02

Information we collect

The only personal information we actively collect from you is your email address. You give it to us when you subscribe to our newsletter, fill in a contact form, or email us directly about a project.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, addresses, payment details, or any other personal identifiers through this website. We do not use tracking pixels to build behavioural profiles.

03

How we use your information

We use the email addresses you share with us for two purposes:

  • To send you promotional materials, updates, and our newsletter.
  • To contact you about potential or active business engagements with The Morning Beer.

That's it. We don't repurpose your email for anything else.

04

Data sharing

We do not sell user data to any third party. Your email address is not packaged, brokered, or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or affiliate marketers.

We do use trusted infrastructure providers (such as our email delivery and analytics tools) to actually run the service. These providers process data only on our behalf and only to the extent required to deliver our emails or operate the website.

05

Your rights & how to remove your data

You can have your email address removed from our systems at any time. You have two options:

  • Email vishal@themorningbeer.com and ask us to delete your data. We'll do it.
  • Click the unsubscribe link in any email you've received from us. That removes you from our list immediately.

You may also ask us what information we hold about you, or request a correction, using the same email address.

06

Cookies & tracking

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how people use our site — which pages get read, where visitors come from, and what's broken. We use this data in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you personally.

Google Analytics may set cookies and process technical data (such as your IP address, device type, and browser) on Google's servers, in line with Google's privacy policy.

You can block these scripts using your browser's privacy settings or a tracker-blocking extension at any time without affecting your ability to read the site.

07

Children's privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has shared their email with us, contact us and we'll remove it.

08

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our practices evolve. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be communicated via our newsletter.
